We are changing to a new computer system on 18th June.
This means that, during the period 12th to 18th June:
We will not be able to take orders for repeat medication. We have requested your chemists to place these orders early if necessary or to issue an emergency supply to cover this period.
We will not be able to offer online services for appointment booking or medication ordering.
Unfortunately your online services registration will not transfer automatically to the new system and we will have to reissue registrations manually. We expect this to take some time but will do it as soon as we can.
We apologise for this inconvenience and ask you to please bear with us. The new computer system will bring us into line with other surgeries in the area and we believe that it will improve our service.
